Apostamos por ofrecer una degustaci\u00f3n genuina de mar y monta\u00f1a, y servimos 120 raciones de carrilleras de cerdo y colas de rape que maridamos con vinos del <strong>Celler Mas Bella<\/strong>, de <strong>Elisa Rib\u00e9<\/strong>, de <strong>Masmolets<\/strong>. \u00a1No qued\u00f3 absolutamente nada!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El desayuno lo servimos en la plaza del nuevo <strong>Museu Casteller de Catalunya<\/strong> y fue el preludio del <strong>Simposio Casteller<\/strong> que se celebrar\u00eda a continuaci\u00f3n.
